- Jan 30, 2008 7:23:35 AM: Ah the West Village Lukoil, one of the few places in the bottom half of Manhattan where you can actually fuel up that vehicle that it's almost impossible to drive in Manhattan anyway. A ton of taxi drivers stop here, so expect a wait even in the middle of the night. And you can go in the middle of the night, they're open 24/7. They have a bathroom that's sometimes open to the public (depending on the mood of the attendant) but if you aren't seriously desperate, wait. Has a small convenience store, also open 24/7.
