- Nov 2, 2007 3:43:50 PM: Energy Vitality Spirit. Vimfitness started as a tiny one-on-one Personal Training shop. Our first location was in the first floor of a two family mixed use residential/ commercial building on a side street in Cambridge, MA. We had one piece of cardio equipment that squeaked every right step, and, when it rained our ceiling caved in. Despite the state of the property and the limited equipment selection, our clients found something special about our private atmosphere and individual attention which was evident by their continued support. We helped them get fit and in turn our clients helped us grow our company over the years.
